VCAAMS-Virtual Cable And Asset Management Services provides you with your IT assets and the associated data shown on your buildings’ floorplans in a single electronic format. You see your physical infrastructure; your TRs, detailed to the rack/panel; your faceplates and jacks; wireless, VoIP, IPTV, and any other asset you want located: with the data for each Asset shown on the same screen.

VCAAMS is structured so you and your staff are not required to invest any of your time populating these floorplans or databases. All you need to do is provide floorplans in CAD, scanned file, Hardcopy, or even notes on Paper; and the specific data for each asset, which can be provided in a form as simple as an excel file.

Since VCAAMS can use excel, you decide what info is included and how each cell looks…….the software doesn’t dictate that to you. This makes adds, moves and changes extremely easy.

You can find any asset by clicking on the data row, which will show the location of the asset; and you can find the specific data for and asset by clicking the asset then click “properties”.

Your finished VCAAMS includes a Visio File, a PDF, a browserable file, and the excel or database file. So you can manage your IT assets from your PC, laptop, IPAD, or Smartphone.
